All manuscripts submitted to JIEF: Journal of Islamic Educational Futures are screened for plagiarism before entering the peer review process. The journal uses reliable plagiarism detection software to evaluate the originality of submitted manuscripts and to ensure compliance with international standards of academic integrity and publication ethics.

Authors are expected to submit original work that has not been published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere. Manuscripts containing evidence of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, or other forms of academic misconduct will be rejected. As a general policy, the similarity index should not exceed 20% (excluding references, quotations, and properly cited materials), although the editorial team reserves the right to assess each case based on the nature and context of the detected similarities.
