Reviewers are encouraged to provide detailed, evidence-based comments that clearly identify the strengths and weaknesses of the manuscript and offer practical suggestions for improvement. Recommendations should be made using one of the following decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

Reviewers must treat all submitted manuscripts as confidential documents and must not disclose, distribute, or use unpublished information for personal or professional advantage. Any potential conflicts of interest arising from personal relationships, institutional affiliations, financial interests, or competitive considerations should be immediately disclosed to the editorial office, and reviewers should decline the invitation if such conflicts could compromise their impartiality.

Reviews should be completed within the timeframe specified by the editorial office to ensure an efficient publication process. If reviewers are unable to complete the review on time, they should promptly inform the editor. Comments provided to authors should remain respectful, professional, and constructive, avoiding offensive or discriminatory language. Any suspicion of plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, citation manipulation, ethical misconduct, or other irregularities should be reported confidentially to the editor with supporting evidence whenever possible.
