The journal currently does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts submitted, reviewed, accepted, or published in the journal.

There are no submission fees, processing fees, or publication fees charged to authors. Authors can submit and publish their manuscripts without financial obligations related to the editorial and publication process.

The absence of publication fees is intended to support the dissemination of scholarly knowledge and encourage researchers, academics, practitioners, and community-based organizations to contribute research on community engagement, community empowerment, social innovation, and social transformation.

All manuscripts remain subject to the journal's standard editorial screening, similarity checking, and double-blind peer-review process, regardless of the absence of publication fees.

JSTCE does not provide preferential editorial or peer-review treatment based on an author's ability or inability to pay publication-related fees.
