Journal of Social Transformation and Community Engagement (JSTCE) is a biannual, open-access, peer-reviewed journal published twice a year, in February and August.

Each publication year consists of two issues:

• Issue 1: February
• Issue 2: August

The journal publishes scholarly articles focusing on community engagement, community empowerment, social innovation, and sustainable social transformation. Manuscripts are accepted throughout the year and are processed continuously through the editorial and peer-review process. Accepted manuscripts are scheduled for publication according to the journal's publication calendar and editorial readiness.

The journal maintains a consistent publication schedule to ensure the timely dissemination of high-quality scholarly contributions related to community development and social transformation.
