Journal of Social Transformation and Community Engagement (JSTCE) is supported by qualified peer reviewers with expertise relevant to community engagement, community development, social transformation, social innovation, education, empowerment, and sustainable development.

Peer reviewers are selected based on their academic expertise, research experience, publication record, and relevance to the subject of the submitted manuscript. Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, confidential, and timely evaluations to support the quality and integrity of published research.

JSTCE uses a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed during the review process.

The journal continuously develops its reviewer network from national and international scholars and practitioners with relevant expertise. Reviewer information is maintained by the editorial team and may be updated periodically according to the journal's needs.

Reviewers are required to declare any potential conflict of interest and should not participate in the review when their impartiality may be compromised.
